Shipping Policy

  • All shipments will usually be sent out Ground FedEx or UPS, unless otherwise specified. Rush delivery, such as Next Day Air or Second Day Air, is available upon request.
  • We do not ship products to any PO Box, we require a physical address.
  • If you decide to return your order, shipping costs are not refundable.
  • If your order must ship today, please call 1-800-444-0956.

Orders of stock items with rush delivery placed by 12:00 pm EST will be shipped that day. Orders of stock items with rush delivery placed after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the following day. Custom items or non-stock items will be shipped as soon as possible. Call for the most up to date and accurate shipping times.

Items that are custom made and you choose options that are made to order, usually ship in 3-5 business days. Lead times depend on the current workload.

UPS and FedEx Express or Expedited shipping DOES NOT include the day it ships and the transit time is BUSINESS DAYS.
Example: If order is placed for 2nd Day shipping at 4:00pm EST on Wednesday, the order will ship Thursday and will deliver 2 business days later on Monday.

UPS & FedEx guaranteed shipping is guaranteed by UPS & FedEx, not by Trucking Depot. We do our best to help you track your product once it leaves our location. The buyer assumes all responsibility for any order that is not shipped to their residence or their place of business. Trucking Depot will not be liable.


Accessorial Fees

If a shipment incurs overlength fees or other accessorial charges, these charges will be added to the shipping cost. Accessorial fees include, but are not limited to, the following: overlength and/or overweight ground packages. Residential/farm delivery, delivery appointment, inside delivery, and/or lift gate service for LTL shipments.
