Poly woven dunnage bags are an extremely cost-effective solution for protecting your cargo during transport. Dunnage bags work by being placed in empty voids between pallets or crates, then filled with air. Once the bags are inflated with air, they push outward to hold your cargo firmly against either the walls of the trailer or container from side to side, keeping it safely in place until it reaches the next destination.

All of our level 1 airbags are compatible with our pneumatic and portable dunnage airbag inflators. Typically, depending on the size of the void and the size of the dunnage bag, level 1 bags can be inflated in around 6 to 30 seconds per bag on average. Once you arrive at the next location and are ready to unload, you can quickly deflate the dunnage bags using the two-way locking valve and store the bags until you are ready to use them again.

Poly woven dunnage bags are made from strong woven polypropylene that protects the inner bladder from damage under heavy use. On average, most level 1 AAR verified bags are reusable up to 10 times per bag before needing to be replaced. Once you are no longer able to reuse the dunnage bags, they can be recycled as they are fully recyclable, including the inflator tip.

36-inch bags handle truck voids up to 14 inches, 40-inch bags handle up to 16 inches, and 48-inch bags handle up to 18 inches. All sizes can be used in intermodal loads with voids of 12 inches or less.
