4-inch Custom Winch Straps are AAR-approved for use with railcars and are ideal for handling heavy or oversized cargo. Made from 4-inch-wide polyester tie-down webbing with a 24,000-pound breaking strength, and once assembled, has a 5,400-pound working load limit rating.

The wire hook hardware is known in the cargo control industry as a double J hook due to its shape. The hook hardware has a 22,000 lbs breaking strength and is great at securing from a variety of anchor points, such as flatbed rails, stake pockets, rings, or other anchor points.

These straps can be tightened into place using either our 4-inch ratchet hardware or installed flatbed winches. This strap can also be used as a replacement long end for 4-inch ratchet straps that become damaged from cuts or abrasion.
