2” ratchet with finger hook for flat side trailers. This ratchet is used for wreckers and auto carriers.  Quick and easy for wheel lifts and rollbacks. The ratcheting mechanism functions by opening and closing the handle repeatedly to pull the webbing through the fastener. Release the tension by depressing the release lever and pulling the webbing back through the mandrel.
